Is it a vehicle that someone got laid in it? [:p]

please do not off topic.

a vehicle under lay up is exempted from insurance and road tax. However, the owner must provide a proper address to have the vehicle garaged in. for example, his own private garage.

Correct me if im wrong; a vehicle with COE expiring in 2011, but has been laid up since 2008 (3 yrs in lay up scheme will be entitled an extended COE till 2014 (3 yrs of COE returned to vehicle).
