Thanks for e info manz! Jus a couple of qns. Do we need to pay for e software? Wats TTSH? Does it update regularly via data plan? And is it capable of accurately searching via postal code?

When I said "ha8ed" it means free one lor.... Map wise, can get from malfreemap but it is not as updated as the garmin version as I heard that papago violated the malfreemap regulation as they tried to sell opensourced map as their own. Still, it is quite usable and malfreemap will still update papago format maps, just that it will be slower than garmin version. I just tried searching via postal code. Seems to work as I just tried searching my home's postal code.

 

As for TTSH, sorry, it should be TTS, Text to speech, meaning, it will try to tell you, "Turn left to Orchard Road in 500 meters" instead of "Turn left in 500 meters".

Yes, it is possible... It can be loaded from SD card. Omnia II is one of the model that is supported... Ask the mod, Genie47....

Which Andriod phone supports synchronisation with Mac OS system?

 

Wanted to get the Motorola Defy, but unfortunately it only support syncing with Windows.
