Anyone converted from OPC to Normal Car before?

on the day you guys drove down to LTA to do the conversion and was successfully converted, do you guys buy the e-day license for that day itself?

 

called LTA and ask, and got 2 different answers, one woman said yes need to buy, one guy says confirm no need to buy.

 

anyone got experiences before to share?

lta told me don't need to buy if conversion successful. so i didn't buy.

I remember I get my friend to drive me there in his car then. Because that time still using paper license, so now should be alright.

oh, i saw a case whereby someone went down to LTA by public transport to do conversion, converted and went back to drive out his car without putting paper coupon to do the carplate.

 

i think if the system is updated, can't buy via onemotoring also, cos its being converted and there's no option to buy the e-day license anymore.

I converted to normal plate almost 4 years ago...

On that day, i did use one coupon. i reached there in the morning... upon successfully converted, i hand the unused coupon one to exchange money... included the one use on that day... the counter accepted...
