Interesting cab driver i encounter

Hop into this comfort cab. the first impression of the cabby is quite beng as he has ear rings all over his ears.

To make my journey less boring, i started a conversation with him about singapore traffice and COE prices etc and slowing got to know if also "play" car. infact, he drives a evo8 with 400 bhp. he also told me what are performance cars he owned before from EK4 (0-100 less than 5 sec) to his current evo.

 

by the time i reach my destination, he said thank you to me for picking up a customer who is also into car stuff.......

nice....there are some really nice ones out ther lah, but very few...other is that pHd fela

Some cabbies have very interesting hobbies and come from backgrounds of many kinds.

 

Btw, when he tells you that he also "play" cars, is he also hinting something about his cab? [lipsrsealed][:p]

his cab already turbo charged lah....ha...

 

he did tell me which workshops he normally go to for mod and much. those famous one we all already know.....ha....

It must be terribly sian for him to drive this comfort cab all day long compared to his own evo. [laugh]

 

 

Who knows that evo is actually meant for track-purpose???? :D :D

I think some people drive taxi for fun. One of my dad's friend also drive taxi. But got once I went with my dad to his house to visit him and have dinner with him and he drove his own car which is a merc.

some people just work to kill time. [laugh]

 

if i am rich to live on without any worry, i dont mind being a ah mat driving a Bentley...... :D

well, taxi driving is not just a job to some. It's a way to fuel the driving passion :)

Which reminds me.... Can ask that boy who once asked MCF how to ask parents to buy a car for him to feed his passion to be taxi driver...
