I am going to send a sensitive email to some recipients using the BCC function.

Is it possible for any of the recipients to find out (using any methods) who is on the BCC list?

If so, what is the safest way for me then?

The receiver cannot not see the bcc list. But I think the administrator should able to see from the mail server

No one can see the BCC list. Except logs from the mail server.

However, if someone on the BCC list replies to all,

those who are in the normal TO list will get the mail back too...
