but ain't DBSS floor plans similar to BTO HDB???

 

Have you calculated BTO HDB reno loan prices??? I think when you end up calculating every possible cost you incur, you'd rather be living in a tent at bedok jetty. Then again... you'll probably have to pay for renting that 10sqm of space for an exorbitant price as well... 死了算了！！！

Oops PS .. Er.. Floor plans almost the same with slight variations... nowadays everyone's into lightbox interiors and condo layouts. But I suppose clean lines and bay windows are relatively pleasant... 'cept when we get a greenhouse effect from all that sunlight in our tropics.

i saw DBSS the peak floor plan for 5 room. not the same.

 

Basically the 2 bedroom is smaller. So is the living room (if you dont count the balcony as living room).

Master bedroom is bigger because of the Balcony inside the master bedroom.

 

Essentially u have the same size flat but smaller useable space due to the stupid balcony.

if its condo style. no cannot. the planter will be outside the window. so reclaim also pointless.

lol....so DBSS is worse than BTO, which is worse than re-sale when it comes to floor area and plans....

at least on the floor plans of BTO,

 

for 5-room, they actually dotted the "suggested area of study"....

 

my house i've reclaimed the Balcony to be my living room (though that's where our family's domestic helper sleeps in).....

How ur gonna sell a DBSS I'll never know. IMO it was never meant to be resold! Hahaha!!!!! But I heard that there are some who actually plan to re-do their place to resell at an even higher cut throat price!!!! =/

condo if you buy the correct one have bigger floor area than BTO/DBSS.

 

the only thing is this, they cannot afford a Condo so go for DBSS. (or at least most are like this)
