Sgnick 1st Gear August 5, 2010 Share August 5, 2010 yes. i am going to get the old 5 room flat at 122 square meter for my next house too. my parents 4 rooms is alread 106squre meter. 4 meter smaller than my 5 room nia. I recently just did that too, 122sqm 5I in Hougang, original 4 bedrooms+1 store, built another study and another extra smaller store, now no lack of rooms or storage, song ah. And walk to MRT, 18mins to Dhoby Guat. Oh, but is not TPY, so is considered ulu to some people, oh well, too bad for me then for staying at ulu place. ↡ Advertisement

Yuan 6th Gear August 5, 2010 Share August 5, 2010 Park top floor w/o shade. I never had any trouble finding a lot there. The sheltered lots are usually fully taken up by 12 noon on a Sun. I go there weekly for grocery shopping. That is where I park every time I go there.
Hiphiphoray 6th Gear August 5, 2010 Share August 5, 2010 If you frequent NTUC often, can try Balestier Road Shaw Plaza. Basement NTUC not crowded even on sat & sun. I always can get a place right at the entrance of NTUC. Can redeem $1 parking fee for NTUC purchase above $30. Remember to take the parking receipt from the entrance barrier machine. Cos they need to see the receipt to deduct $1 directly from the NTUC receipt. You still need your cash card to exit the car park....deducting $1.05. Park top floor w/o shade. Hiphiphoray 6th Gear August 5, 2010 Share August 5, 2010 I dont like AMK Hub.........freaking overcrowded. The huge NTUC is useless........the Q at the counters can get soooooooo longgggggg. Only air conditioned area in town centre + connected to bus interchange + MRT + only NTUC there. No wonder the escalator caught fire. Overworked. Iron rub iron too long sure create sparks. Hiphiphoray 6th Gear August 5, 2010 Share August 5, 2010 Oh icic. For me, i cant go to too spacious places. My kids will roam like crazy. Balestier NTUC just nice.....small place to hunt them down if necessary.
