Its possible, though i owned 2011 RX450H before, I never facelift the car as i feel that the car is beautiful enough

 

Maybe u can try some reputable workshops whether they able to do the facelift. From what i know borneo don't offer this option like C&C on S class

tot initailly RX270 is FDW, Since when it changed to AWD???
