ive tried searching through internet but its all oversea must import, nothing is in singapore.

Fook Hai building basement 1, there's a shop selling barber supplies . . .they repair barber chair but dunno whether they selling.

 

Maybe can check with them see got kang tao.

 

It is near the 4D/Toto shop.
