TWICE WRONGLY SUMMONED

I just recd a TP summon for parking within 9 metres of a bus stop at Hougang Ave 8 which I did not commit.

 

Few month ago, I recd a summon for parking along // yellow line at Whampoa Road which I did not commit.

 

For the earlier summon, I went to TP HQ and made a complaint and recd a letter from TP apologizing for a DATA ERROR. (I still have the letter from TP with me.)

 

I wish to point out that the moment I entered the room, I questioned the POLICE SERGEANT that were there cases that summons were wrongly issued.

 

His reply was a very firm "POSSIBLE"

 

I will make another trip to TP HQ to file another complaint for this new summon.

 

The BIG QUESTION now is :

 

1) Is there a car with a FAKE NOS PLATE that is similar to mine?

 

2) How RELIABLE are these OUT-SOURCED TRAFFIC WARDENS ???

 

Any bros here who encountered similar problems?

Keep your letter as evidence. When they really f*** up, take them to the cleaners.

since it already happen twice, u should take down where you go daily (example : pass thru which ERP)

and keep all the car park receipt.

if really so coincident wrongly fined,might be case of plate duplication...read abt it in the newspapers some time ago..gosh,i could imagine your horror for being wrongly fined!

Most likely a fake licence plate car.

Last time my motorcycle also kena summon few times for illegal parking.

LUCKILY, the fatimah very smart wrote down the model and color of the offending motorcycle on her machine.

I made a complain to the police post, and after few weeks, they called to say the tickets is waived.

 

Hey...don't mind....can PM your licence plate number? I want to HOOT $100big $100small tomorrow.

For the earlier offence, I had a very strong alibi becos at the time of the offence, I was doing some banking at a OCBC bank at another location.

 

But i guess that after TP did an investigation, they realised that my car was wrongly summoned cos I challenged them for proof.

 

Some warden will normally pics of vehicle they summon.
