WTF 4th Gear July 22, 2010 Share July 22, 2010 That's good. Credit cards are "future" $$$ which has yet to be earned. Anyway if you have ATM card, there should be ATMs around so no need the use of Debit Cards.
Chewbacca 1st Gear July 22, 2010 Share July 22, 2010 No lar, credit card not really future '$$$'. CC is nothing but benefits. Provided that you can control your spendings. But, yeah, I agree in this case. Not good to use CC & DC at casinos.
SimonTan 2nd Gear July 22, 2010 Share July 22, 2010 If can use I will want to max out my credit cards to earn points to exchange vouchers!

Get max amount of chips allowed by your credit limit. Then immediately exchange back. But, the thing is, you need to pay $100 to do this each time. Worth it? Darryn Turbocharged July 22, 2010 Share July 22, 2010 Perhaps is MBS policy instead of govt policy? Quite simple - you know that CC charge the merchant a commission right? And that chips amount to cash, so really easy for me...go buy $5,000 of chips on card, change $5k to cash, pay off card. MBS must give me $5k, but from the bank they only get (probably) $4,850 - they are out of pocket by $150... Bank dun care though as whatever points I earn, they cover the cost of from the commission paid by MBS....
