Accident in Carpark

I'm sorry, I don't know the breakdown or actual amount. But I guess it may incl lawyer's fees. I don't mean surveyor cost. I mean there are independent surveyors unrelated to the workshop to take photos of the damages and provide an unbiased assessment of costs. And they also take photos of the car after repair to ensure the car was repaired as stated. So that such things don't happen - addition of fancy bodykits or work done unrelated to damages? I had a previous 100% no fight claim against another party and I was there personally when such a surveyor came to take photos of my vehicle.

Insurance company will send a mail stating the claim amount breakdown, urs didnt?

Mine did....

Same same....i adjust my side mirrors in combination with rear-view mirror to minimise blind spots, so for parking, i either have to adjust head/body and/or stick head outside window. But tat's ok, becos accident during parking shld be minor whereas accident on expressway can be disastrous.

Same, but i used those small "blindspot" mirrors and angle downwards to see the carpark lots' lines .. haha

I think TS reverse with doors open to check clearance or poke head over window to reverse that's why can't see the other car out of the lot already.

"while" reversing must check for traffic at left/right/back. suxk ck loh TS lucky that a car not a pedestrian.

Now he is claiming that in the accident report, the owner of your ride is not your husband. Care to reflute or clarify?

And end of the day, regardless of the chaos and commotion, come post accident, it is always driver exchanging particulars with driver. Period.

Alas! Am still hoping to seek some form of clarification.

All expert. Asking for some advise. From my understanding, when the traffic light turn green but the Pedestrian light on right turn green, cars must let pedestrian go first before turn right. But I do not understand why peoples still impatient to wait. I am encounter many times that when i wait for pedestrian pass first and car behind me always impatient and horn me (that might be they do not see the pedestrian). Am I wrong for doing this? I just don't want to cause any injury due to impatient of driver. I have read a lot of news recently about vechicle causing injury or dead to pedestrian due to this careless matter. Hope that LTA can change this rule. Today, I saw one pedestrian don't dare to across due to many cars ignore him and turn right when the pedestrian light is still on green. (From my understanding, Car only allow to turn right when no pedestrian are across the road when on pedestrian light on green)

Welcome to singland my friend. Here, when cars costs more than lives, most drivers behave badly. You and I are the exception.

I think that it is the Nissan Driver's fault. If you observe, there are scratches on the Mit, but none on the Nissan, but one big dent. This means that it was a perfect 'L-bone' accident where the Nissan came out at the right time, scratching the other car and denting his own. Think about it, if Icekitten had reversed the mit into the nissan, how would she get a scratch. Scratches are caused by the movement of 2 surfaces against each other. In this case, judging by the direction of the scratches, it is indeed Kelisa's fault
