D510MO good enough for Video Streaming ?

Anyone know if the D510MO is good enough for Video Streaming (main purpose is PPS - only need 1366 x 768) & a bit of web surfing?

 

I intend to get a D510MO mini-itx system as it consumes much less power than a normal ATX PC setup (under $300):

 

- D510MO

- NM10 Express Chipset

- 2GB DDR2-800

- 320GB HDD SATA2

- Onboard VGA

- Intel HD audio

- Lan

 

w/o monitor/KB/mouse
