Go LTA and check it out. If I am not wrong, all you need is the IC for both parties, fill in some form and do the transfer ... there will be a transfer fees

Can be done within a day? The seller and the buyer need to be presence? Or can get someone else to do the documentation on behalf and just need to pass both parties IC?! [:/]

I guess a lot has to do with peer pressure as well. Friends/Relative change cars, backside itchy also wants to change.

3 yrs --> present ride

Still wanna know what those ppl that drive lamborghini or porsche work as!! lol

How come your Nissan March 2nd worst car? Car plate quite nice ma. [:/]

Agreed. Usually pple change car mostly has to do with peer pressure. Like my relative, everytime they change car together one. If one person change car, the others will follow closely! [hur]

so one change car all change?? [laugh]

yes that it true.... [:)]

it would be nice for those that work for it to be able to earn more than those who are born into it....

not implying anything and that there are businessmen who built businesses themselves without financial backing from parents or relatives and built the company from scratch....but it is very true that a business can grow given the right direction and employees

Actually when the car gets old, confirm will have wear & tear lo. Don't think any car can drive until 10 yr mark without having to change anything?! [:p] Sure must change things in the engine bay to allow the car to run longer.

I think s'porean not value car a lot, they value their face a lot. If u are driving a car which is 5 yr old or more, pple wld somehow "look down" on u! [rolleyes] That's y my neighbour who is a hawker who drive a merc and rarely use it, he still change his 4 yr old merc to another brand new merc!

if the owner takes care of his car, it will last except for the usual wear & tear..... i intend to keep my current 4yr old car as long as it can last.... :D

For those brudders who are more experienced car changing, when do you decide to change? When got newer model? When old car konk out? When got extra cash?

Interested to hear your views.

I change car due to itchy hand. Just cannot use the same car for too long, become tired of it.... dunno why. After changing car, i will start to look at sgcarmart again within 3- 4 months later. [:/] So far, always change for more hp.

1.6l -> 2.0l -> 3.0l current ride. In between, still got a 2nd car for marketing/errand use.

Hope to rid myself of this car hobby in the near future, there are other more fruitful/rewarding uses for money. [;)]
