Hi all,

DO you have any places for good car photography. Ideally, the place should have low traffic, nice backdrop.

I know of only one place. East coast park carpark. Anyone know others?

I am looking for a place for a summer shot

For me, Sembawang Beach and a small open space at the end of Punggol Road. Upper Pierce res used to be my hangout until I saw some familiar publication doing a photoshoot there. <_<

If you are not confined by the country's borders the East Coast of Malaysia should many photographic opportunities, unlike the common few locations in Singapore that you keep seeing over and over again in publications and galleries.

Thanks bros,

I worry about security in Truly Asia, so I guess I feel come comfy taking in Sunny Singapore, but thanks anyway.

Thanks Krado too. Once I decided the place, it will be showtime! In the meantime, I still waiting to get a new tripod.

Anyway, I did a quick preview, & its available at this thread. Cheers.

some of my favorite photo places.....

1) east coast park after big splash. look for the opening where trailers drop off boats. if the gate is open take a slow drive to the end, position car and shoot

2) carpark just after tekong ferry towards changi village. park across runway diagonal facing the sea. best to come in the morning.

3) end of tuas near the abbott labs

4) kallang leisure park

5) upper peirce reservoir (access through old upper thomson road)

6) rifle range road (towards the park or closer inward for some "green" background

7) after yishun dam at pulau seletar besar (turn left at seletar airport) - nice big straight road

thanks bros & Sis,

Now I need to do some surveying for the locations. I really appreciate the unselfish inputs from everyone.

Cheers.

Neutral Newbie

The Chevrolet four-door hardtop featured a reinforced rear roof structure that gave the car added rigidity and a unique appearance in silhouette. The 1957 Chevy was called by some a "Baby Cadillac" because of many similar styling cues to Cadillacs of the time.
