Hi all,

Attended my 1st ever pop band concert at indoor stadium last night at this age [laugh]. What an experience!

The concert ticket stated from 8pm to 10pm. Guess what? I reached there on the dot and the crowd just merely came in and it was almost 9pm then the concert actually commenced. This reminded me machiam like Chinese wedding dinner, stated 8pm but start only at 9pm. Even at 9pm, it wasn't the pop band performing but some invited band to take up the prelude.

And as expected the concert only ended around 11:30pm.

Am I mountain gu? or is it all pop musical concerts are organized in this manner one [cool] .

Regards,

Only concert I've been to was Metallica 1993. Awesome at that age (19 then).

Been meaning to go whenever Dream Theater comes, but never found the time/energy.

(BTW, I'm including heavy metal concerts also). [:p]

i like to go for the oldies........ cos i am also old :D

but don't why the older singer with popular songs in the 80s can sing better on stage, and better stamina to last more than 3 hours [nod]

The youngest singer concert i attended was Fish (not young actually) but i walked out half way :D

9pm is indeed a bit late. For those I have attended so far, it usually starts around 8.30-8.45pm.
