Finally got our car... Really not many on the road we can see!

 

This is a Mature color hubby likes... The features are awesome! I just drove today as I'm still on probation plate & timid to try on 1st day :p... The steering is so light as compared to the Honda Stream we had then. I prefer Eco mode... The steering slightly better to control for me.

Congrats on your new ride. Somehow, this colour always reminds me of Audi. just like the D-shaped steering wheel.

 

Finally saw a K5 on the road today. I was turning out of Upper Thomson Road (near HANS) and the car was coming in. Car plate is also SKN. Colour of the car is black.

Went for my 1st servicing earlier this month. No $2k service credit and I offset with the purchase price. Only need to pay $14x for the synthetic oil. They using Shell Helix Ulta for your info.

 

I was amazed to see quite a number of older cars going back to C&C for servicing. Thought people usually go to external workshops as it will be far cheaper. So I guess their servicing packages should be quite reasonable.

KM, BM and Hyundai service packages quite transparent.

Sorry, I do not know if they carry other brands of synthetic oil. Also, I can't locate their servicing packages on their website. SE told me that mechanic likely to introduce me packages during my servicing. Does anyone have the information?

White is really nice but difficult to maintain... I like the satin metal but too common.

Platinum graphite looks nice too!

It should be easier to maintain after ceramic coating. I plan to have it done at Revol as I have heard raved reviews about them. Probably when the car is about 4 months old as I believe there is an existing protective layer applied to all new cars.

Confirmed K5 have bluebooth. I paired my phone with the head unit. Can answer phone call and play music using the control on the steering wheel. There is reverse camera in K5 as well, if that is what you meant by rear camera.

I've connected my music playlist on my samsung note 3 thru Bluetooth on K5... It is such a breeze! However, yet to try connecting iPad with the free cable they gave us. It is a wonderful experience to listen and sing in the car with the infinity sound system.

 

Korean car and samsung makes an easy match!

Clarity making call thru the car Bluetooth connection is good too...as compared to using Jabra Bluetooth enabled speaker phone with much interference. We have tried making & answering calls in several locations.. So far ok other than the usual poor signal areas. However, won't be too sure if connected to other than korean made mobile phones, will there be any drastic differences?
