You're right bro, Mokhtar Dahari was the one who died of muscle wasting disease.

The electrifying atmosphere back then, and the way in which we ALL supported Singapore... I haven't seen or felt anything like it since then. The reason why the S-League fails is because... who really cares about the teams?! There's no connection with them whatsoever.

I think even if they bring back the Malaysia Cup now, no one will wanna fill the stadiums.

The era of Local Football support is long gone. There is no cause to stand up for.

Control temper ?????? .............. [shocked]

He can't even control the ball ................ [furious]

Look at the European players, whether the ball is passed to them hard or soft, they will control it right in front of their feet....... [thumbsup]

SG players.............. [sweatdrop] , the ball will drop 3 feet in front of them and rival defenders will kick them away..... [grin]

I remembered the likes of Fandi, Salim Moin,Tay Peng Kee, D.Tokijan, K.Kannan from my earliest memories. I think Fandi was already playing in FC Gronigen then. Slowly new players emerged and when I was in secondary school, I finally had the chance to catch the matches live at the National Stadium with my school mates.
