Hi all, want to check if you have the AMEX card from UOB and got your rewards points deducted this statement without informing you?

I called UOB and they claimed they credited the points wrongly thus deducting now.

They said this affects ALL UOB Amex card holders.

So if you have UOB Amex card, please check and also let your friends know.

So anyone else exprience it?

I have not been using that card for a while.. reason is v.simple...

go shopping using that card, the saleppl will say "Sorry, we don't accept AMEX". In the end, just use my normal UOB CC, buried that card at home. :D

in the first place, did u earn that 3000 points? or it was given wrongly to u?

They claimed it was wrongly given, but I do remember there was a promotion for invited sign ups that you get 3X rewards points for the first dunno how many months. I got 2X rewards points initially and the 3000+ points seem like the extra 1X rewards, so I called them to send me previous statements to verify. I think I just got the statements, but no time to check yet at home.

So will do it within this week and takan them if they trying something funny, more importantly they claimed EVERYONE who has prvi card is affected.
