Got budget or not? If u look for the cheapo ones esp freelancers, they will delay and drag. One amendments sometimes take 1-2 weeks. I pek-chey after paying money. Dont end up like me ah

I am not sure you want the same person to do website(online) and box+catalog(offline). It is 2 very different skill sets although many will tell you they can do everything.

 

The offline stuff is easy and you have plenty of vendors to choose from.

 

The online one -- if your revenue depends a lot on it -- spend more and get someone who will plan its development, search engine ranking, client interaction features through a 1-2 year cycle. Do not settle for a beautiful 5 page website that no one visits.
