Help in Lookout for Hyundai Matrix

Hi, if anyone chances upon a silver/white Hyundai Matrix with damage or scratches to the front bumper on the right side, with P plate on, and especially in the Choa Chu Kang vicinity, please let me know the vehicle number and the location spotted. My number is 9199 8377. Thank you very much.

why hit and run? if so report police... i'm sure they can track the car down...

Sorry guys for not being clear.

 

Last night parked my family car at cck blk 306 carpark to go visit the atm.

 

I'm not against lady drivers but somehow just noticed this nervous looking girl in the p-plated matrix on my right. I did feel abit uneasy cos she parked head-in and bcos of the messy parking area, her car was diagonal.

 

But I thought, heck, I'd only be away for awhile and wouldn't be so suay. Less than 5 mins later after my atm visit, I came back with scratches on my bumper, and the matrix gone. Technically I did not witness the contact, but the silver/white paint left on my bumper is the same colour as that matrix.

 

No doubt I've been fuming, but I'm not that irrational to seek revenge or what. Just exploring any faint hope of a recourse.
