JennieGarth Neutral Newbie June 20, 2013 Share June 20, 2013 I have heard this concept of a magnetic sump nut for the very first time. My friend had a British motorcycle Royal Enfield in which the fuel filter had a small magnet inside and did catch ferrous particles, so it makes complete sense. I have been reading online sites for sometime now especially parts and accessories and have read that there is this engine oil called Castrol Magnatec which has the qualities of a magnet and sticks to the engine. Is that true and really does work? Any member with experience could guide me on this please.
