Heard from my aunt that Sheng Siong used to have, although I couldn't find at the Loyang branch - maybe one of the bigger branches might have?

 

Can try asking at some of the older and bigger markets - my grandmother managed to get some a few years back.

some old wet market raw fish stall should sell it. Try Bedok wet market like blk 58, 16 or 85.

For oyster porridge, try the dry type. You can get it at the Bugis Market near MRT.

they also have packed frozen oyster meat in the freezers.

 

occasionally, you will find "fresh?" shelled oyster meat in plastic bags also.

Fish Mart Sakuraya sells chilled shucked jap oysters, vacuumed packed in brine. At the sashimi section. Might be seasonal.

NTUC sells the frozen vacuum packet type, but not sure if all NTUC carries this though
