Alexchua07 Neutral Newbie June 7, 2010 Share June 7, 2010 Hi Bro, I would recommend you on Westlake Tyre. SA05 or SV308. As for the qualities, no worries and the price is reasonable. If u go for better grip and cornering, go for SA05. Both of these tyre were high performances tyre.

Blue850r Clutched November 21, 2011 Share November 21, 2011 (edited) Any recommendations for 225/45/18 tyre? Would like to have some ideas on cost/grip. There are 2 tyres you would like to consider, both good grip in wet and dry conditions. The Dunlop Sport Maxx is about $100 cheaper. It is probably noisier but the difference vs Michelin PS3 is not really so much. My choice will be Dunlop Sport Maxx strictly based on price vs overall performance. 1) Check My Car Forum..Marketplace and click 18" tyres. Many Tyre shops advertising. Best deal in there is Michelin PS3 selling $270 to $280 installation plus GST for your tyre size. 2) Check www.tyrepac.com.sg. Search for your size and you will see Dunlop Sport Maxx (Dunlop's top model) selling $185/pc before GST. You have to pay for installation ($20/tyre). Still cheap. The rest of the tyres you don't need to consider. Reason being either not good performance or price too high. Not value for your money. Hope you find my suggestion acceptable. DaveJr Neutral Newbie November 21, 2011 Share November 21, 2011 but these tyres that you import from the US are mostly 2009 and 2010 productions.. I'm able to get MID-LATE '10' for both AD08 and Z1.. i doubt anyone can get tires (6mths-8mths) of production date.. shipping itself from manufacture to regional dealers worldwide take approx. 6mths.. so '10' tires are still good and no worries running on it.. ↡ Advertisement
