is it near to Hong leong bank? Actually most people would rather rent in Taman Sutera Utama. Safety wise it is assured and its gota be a major hub soon with so many big names coming up. Nusa bestari is getting old.

Nusa Bestari is not old.Its just less than 7 years old and getting to be more of a mature estate which is gd for a commercial hub.

 

Why is Taman Sutera Utama considered safe for you?It is coming up but not for the next 5-7 years at least coz only the current batch of shophouses are available & many more are yet to be built.In fact the entire main road from Sutera Utama all the way up to Nusa Bistari are the commercial zone area.

 

With Giant & Tesco which had just sprouted out nearby,Nusa Bistari is the current hot spot. if im not mistaken,Hong Leong is nearby also.

Nusa Bestari is not old.Its just less than 7 years old and getting to be more of a mature estate which is gd for a commercial hub.

 

Why is Taman Sutera Utama considered safe for you?It is coming up but not for the next 5-7 years at least coz only the current batch of shophouses are available & many more are yet to be built.In fact the entire main road from Sutera Utama all the way up to Nusa Bistari are the commercial zone area.

 

With Giant & Tesco which had just sprouted out nearby,Nusa Bistari is the current hot spot. if im not mistaken,Hong Leong is nearby also.

 

The whole stretch of Nusa Bistari is pretty happening. Food stalls everywhere, anything you want (hotel, Thai Massage, Deluxe Circle supermarket, KFC, Mac, dance studio, fitness centre, education centre, furniture shop, electrical outlets, clinics and etc), you have it there along the road. From one end of Sutera Mall all the way till the Jusco Bukit Indah.

 

A nice place to live and work for the Malaysian.

 

Very quickly established, just few years ago, this is only a plantation area.

Different lah, that place may be trying to go abit upmarket to lure Singaporean and Taman Sutera Utama and Nusa Bestari is just 2 mins driving distance away from each other.

 

Even when I stayed in Taman Sutera Utama, I also frequent Nusa Bestari.

ya true bro about the trying to be upmarket part.more type of businesses can be found in Nusa Bestari.

 

KFC,Perodua,Hong Leong,Petronas,Best Mart,Old Town White Coffee are just some of the establishments already found in front of my shophouse.

 

they have been there for at least 5 years and hope they will stay put for many years to come
