go to any singtel/starhub/m1 shop that you are familar.

or those ah beng store that you frequent. they cut for you for free or S$1.

If you have a micro sim adaptor, you can used it as a template, draw the outline, then use a pair of kitchen scissors to cut. I cut two already, very simple and fit perfectly.
