reduce by how much and which toll, the one after m'sian customs or futher down??

Depends on how much lower. Most people will still go by woodlands. No need pay NSH toll and come back also no need pay.

i'm staying at punggol, woodlands is the nearest. after the change in toll i will go via tuas if going to bukit indah. But by doing so i will have to travel an additional mileage of about 30km
