Koolaba 1st Gear May 20, 2010 Author Share May 20, 2010 The vehicle, to be imported, is a 2 month old new (UK spec) VW Transporter Bi-TDI with 9 seats. The vehicle can be classified as a private vehicle or a mini-bus (min. 9 seats). The prevailing rates for customs duties will apply. This will be considered as a used vehicle. So long as the age of the vehicle does not exceed 3 years, since the day of its first registration in the UK, the vehicle can be imported to SG. Wuga98 Neutral Newbie May 24, 2010 Share May 24, 2010 so if the car is successfully imported, it is similar to new car like having parf and coe and when you want to sell after 2-3 years will it be different from PI? ↡ Advertisement
