Hi bro,he will deliver the satay according to ur stated timings so as the food will not be cold that way.The satay will be cooked just nice before the delivery,that way too it wont be cold for the customers.

I happend to see this shop while walking along Tanjong Katong road. They are just couple of units away from that tasteless Punggol Nasi Lemak.

 

looks quite good and clean. but never try yet.

My favourite satay is Sate Ragey, a local Minahasan dish from Northeast Sulawesi.

 

It's basically a pork belly satay, marinated with lime juice for a tangy flavour and cooked over a coconut husk fire. You eat it with rice and dabu-dabu.

 

So frikkin' good.
