South Korea has improved tremendously over the past few decades. I am not talking just about Hyundai/kia....But as general, look at their Airport, K-league, electronics , construction , education,entertainment, gaming,etc as well....Definitely one of the most improved "four asian tiger"....

 

I believe at this rate they are improving, definitely they are able to become one of the very best countries around.
