Cat A = $28k===> $26.102k

Cat B = $38k===> $38.0k spot on !!

Cat E = $40k===> $39.002k

My guess was off $1K too except CAT B $3K...

it's not car buying season.. now is off peak.. normally this time round very quiet.. peak season is end of yr til CNY.. ppl get bonus, change car for Christmas or CNY.. show off their new car to relatives!!

Agreed, 'fence-sitters' still waiting for it to lower end of $20K....so be patient and dun fall down!

people strange mindset, peak period rush in together, push coe high high, pay more in car price.

 

now off peak, dun buy, when car prices r low.

 

 

think 1 or 2 big car companies will do a big promotion this weekend, slashing prices to attract customers, eg slanted H or the big T

 

then coe will b up up n away

How can this bidding be transparent?

I would expect slow $10 increment ...not a sudden jump to $819.

dealer already key in the figure $1,XXXX on the monitor.. waiting to key in last 5 mins.. that's why.. they think $1,200 is acceptable.. well, it really acceptable if u divided it to 10 yr, 1 yr only $100 plus nia.. Motorbike still best transport for those willing to sacrifice comfort..

There is such thing such as reserved price which is the maximum the bidder willing to pay.... that guy probably never bid before...

I tried for CAT D before and it was quite interesting.... machiam 'gambling'.
