Yup - went down to Leng Kee area this morning - like a ghost town..

 

stock market plunged quite abit last fri.

guess many ppl holding back.

some waiting for COE to head further south.

 

good luck to those holding open cat COE, trying to make some fast cash.

6 mths of low COE, they will bleed.
