Darryn Turbocharged April 30, 2010 Share April 30, 2010 Today I read something about the X6M - 300+ km/h top speed! The M3 was one of my dream cars when I was young, I loved that they looked standard but could run like a scalded cat... So what do you love about the brand? ↡ Advertisement

The M3 was one of my dream cars when I was young, I loved that they looked standard but could run like a scalded cat... So what do you love about the brand? Because the whole idea of having a regular saloon with souped up engine is one of our inner fantasy. Just like Superman in his Clark Kent personna. We all secretly live that dream since the 70s. All ///M cars have their handling tuned at the Nordschleife, so no wonder its magical. Simply swapping the hardware (suspension components) without understanding the software (spring rates, rebound & compression etc set up according to each 4 corners of the car) will never deliver the delicate and well-balanced handling of an ///M. Well to me, rear-wheel-drive is probably the only reason why I would like to own a M-car one day, but probably not in Sickapore. Why not? It is bigger than purely rear wheel driver. If u 1 something pure straight line spd, should look at E9x 335. ///M 3 is about the balance in power & handling. ↡ Advertisement
