Bluepica 4th Gear April 29, 2010 Share April 29, 2010 Recently saw a posting about tree fell on a car... I check my MSIG policy wordings, it doesn't say anything about damages/loss/etc.. caused by act of god, act or nature... etc... What does this means? No stated, means no cover? Any insurance inclusive coverage for act of terrorism? ↡ Advertisement

Any insurance inclusive coverage for act of terrorism? The word is Force majeure. Exclusion of terrorism comes in after 9/11. Terrosism coverage could be expensive. Even all risk don't have act of terrorism.

That word is not in the policy wordings either... it pointed more on terrorism, riot, war, invasion, nuclear war... none on nature caused disaster. http://www.msig.com.sg/download/yl_terms/m...ce_mpc20604.pdf

If not, it should mean that it is covered. Usually, act of god is not covered.

Osiris 1st Gear April 29, 2010 Share April 29, 2010 these are "small small" clauses that one may overlooked. So a $50 cheaper insurance may be enticing. But if didn't cover act of god one have to take the risk. knowingly or unknowingly... ↡ Advertisement
