With the election called for 6th May, tonight sees the first ever live television debate between the Labour, Conservative and Liberal Democrat party leaders.

Will our brave leaders ever do the same?

It was done before in the 80s and early 90s.

maybe you were not borned yet...haha

If it's done here, good potential for defamation suits and good biz for the lawers and courts later.

Re: S'porean vote in foreign election. Wonder if those who had voted in other countries election read the article in Sunday Times. Apparently, if you have done so, you will never ever vote in S'pore election...tho there are loopholes.

Quite a few my friends did & don't think they (including myself) know of these election Acts.

I have never voted in any of the UK elections cos I feel it's not fair to the residents for a 'visitor' to have a hand in deciding their future welfare & it doesn't affect me eg. Immigration, etc.
