Apparently, if you have done so, you will never ever vote in S'pore election...tho there are loopholes. Quite a few my friends did & don't think they (including myself) know of these election Acts. I have never voted in any of the UK elections cos I feel it's not fair to the residents for a 'visitor' to have a hand in deciding their future welfare & it doesn't affect me eg.
