I went through the checkout process for this site and their payment method is PayPal.

As PayPal does not require that you have a registered company you can use it.

but if you use other online merchant account for eg eNets, they require that you are a registered company.

Also for the webhosting, in this case Singhost, they may very likely require that you are a company ...

yes I fully agree, but it's just that if I could cash and carry it would save them loads on the PayPal fees as well as chargeback concerns etc ...

Nice way to get free exposure (read: advertising)

Well, you can get people to visit the site, but they won't buy unless the prices are damn good.

if you are doubting and think I am trying to do some advertising, well think again.

based on the content of my posts, I am only trying shed doubt on this website, so if I am really advertising, I'm only advertising for people to go to the site, only to doubt its legitimate-ness ....

well ... i eventually thought - why not just try ordering something from them and see how it goes since I am protected by my CC anyway.

and so i checked out and everything and guess what when I was redirected to PayPal from the site I got the following message :

"This invoice has already been paid. For more information, please contact the merchant."

Tried it twice and same message!
