Need to find COE amount

I intend buy a vehicle from a friend and he passed me a copy of the vehicle registration card.

I cant find the COE amount in it.. He also not sure..Its a CAT E. Any way to find in LTA/onemotoring site

There is a paragraph on the vehicle registration card... COE date of registration and expiry, amount and Category as well
