Where to spray automotive finish paint for interior panels

As topic. I suppose most spray shop can do the paint, but I need the shop to be able to take out the panel safely (ala no damage & scratches) .

 

I am asking as my panel has worn & would like to restored the look, & my attempt to take out the panel result in a few more wriggles to the panel as the radio ganna stuck to the panel & the frame can't be taken out....

 

This is how the panel looks like. Not exactly the same, but similar.
