Are you difficult to work with ?

i like to work with GenX pple..i am from Y..as X pple dare to chiong more..and better understanding in terms of "worker attitude"

 

however i still believe it's still up to individual, there's still funny pple in different group

The Gen X have the traditionalist as their parents, so seeing the traditionalist working hard, values are learnt and imparted.

 

However the Gen Y see their parents (early Gen X) work hard, play hard....and don't see bad times...so are generally softer.

 

Then again, the human spirit is such. When times are bad and the going gets tough, even the most fragile of men will get tough. Only difference is if you're prepared for it or not.

 

Just my 2 cents coming from a Gen Xer...

the kid of early gen x at most 20 years old, dun think they start work now. Gen Y is product of the boomers

gen z has not join the working force yet

they are about 15years old

gen z are the ppl who born after 1995

from this year onwards the kids born will be class under gen alpha

google it up.

i personally do not like to work with gen y

its all bout themselves n generally they talk like they gonna save the world

they seek immediate reward n only work for benefit

anyway not all gen y are like that, its jus a general observation.

its a very interesting topic about all these gen x y x alpha :)

every country, the genxyz is different cos of different times of babyboom so do take note bout the articles u read online. :)

this is never ending.... there is no right or wrong...

 

only who is in power, who set the rules can determine what is right or wrong.. to suit their own agenda

I belong to the gen Y group but i haf always enjoyed working wif the gen X group. Maybe its their maturity level. I haf not met many gen Y ppl tat can keep up wif me when it comes to workin as a team.
