The 1 season long new Knight Rider is showing on Thursday evenings at 8.30pm methinks. Also The A Team movie starring Liam Neeson is coming out in months to come!

Besides the listed, in the 80s there was also Manimal, Streethawk, Automan, V, Cover Up etc. Pretty good shows in their days. Better than all the reality TV rubbish showing on the air nowadays.

I had fond memories of the 6 million dollar man, particularly the slow motion action sequence and the quirky sound effects that came with it. Very funny to watch.

hi mate

I recall the A-team, but I fondly remember even more, the medical sitcom, M*A*S*H. Hilarious.

Man, this brings back memories.

Don't forget Blue Thunder (when you mention Airwolf, you have to mention Blue Thunder). After all, Blue Thunder the series predated Airwolf (although the Blue Thunder movie predated them all).

I was a kid when I got hooked on the Buck Rogers TV series. I've managed to get all the episodes now, I view them when the nostalgia hits.

Also a big fan of the original Battlestar Galactica. I couldn't even get through a single episode of the new Battlestar, don't understand the attraction.

Then there was the original V. I *loved* the very intense mini-series with all the Nazi references. The follow-up series was not fantastic, but not horrid either. I'm watching the new V, and it's not as good as the original, but not terrible either. Lots of plot changes - I miss Donovan, the new reporter hero looks like a desk jockey, not a warzone veteran. And it's so much sloooower moving.

I also loved many of these shows: A-team, MASH, Automan, Manimal, Hard Time on Planet Earth, Remington Steele, the original Transformers cartoon, the Twilight Zone series in the 80s, Miami Vice. Gosh, too many to list!

wahaha!

thats one way to console ourselves...

I remembered Airwolf ( the helicopter coming out of a mountain/volcano?) , Knight rider, A team, transformers , centurions, V, etc, thou when i was a kid then....

Masters of the seas - one joke of time wasting serial. Look at the cover with all the actors/actresses frowning and guess how many wants to watch anymore. and i have not started with the story yet. ( what story ? some may ask)
