Where did you got it bro?

Have been checking around GR90 for 195 60 R15, no stock at most tyre shops checked.

Ya GR90 must be selling very well... no stock even for my 225 45 R17 size.

Autobacs has ready stocks for that size the last time I've checked. I think its about $140-$150/pc? Can't exactly remember...

But I quietly went to buy Toyo Teo Plus instead.. hur ... hur hur hur.

Hey bro, btw how did you find the Toyo Teo Plus tires? How is the noise level and wet grip?...

May consider this if can't get GR90.. still waiting for stocks.. :P

or Michelin Primacy LC.. *shrugs*

Ok, first and foremost, note that I am running on 195/60R15 size. Secondly, I don't expect them to be hardcore track tires.

he good thing is that they are relatively quiet, but not as silent as the Yoko dB ES. On my current ride with almost no noise insulation (at 100km/h, the engine at 3K overwhelms the tires which are not so apparent).

The sidewalls of these new tires are rather soft. At 210kpa, compared to the previous GR80 I had, the Teo plus felt a lot more sloppy in spirited cornering compared to the stiffer GR80.

Increasing the psi to 220kPa helped to improve the handling somewhat with a tauter feel, I tried once to go up to 230kPa but the car's handling braking got worse, skidding + breaking away quicker.

In the end I settled for 220kPa for the best compromise between fuel efficiency ( at 230kPa, the car seemed to gain speed very easily) and handling.

One thing that I noticed is that impact when the thread hits water is much more noticeable than on the GR80, probably because of it's asymmetric thread pattern? I'm not a tire expert, just sharing my experience so far on these tires.

I have recently installed 4 hankook v12 as s1 do not have my size, and surprisingly, its much better than expectation. Quiet and comfortable, grip is fair too. Handling is average due to the soft walls. Then again, how many can score empirically handling characteristics. Highly recommended at the gr80 range

Bought GR90.. Good comfy set of tires.. and it's made in Japan...

Not sure about Michelin Primacy LC read that it's from Thailand...

Comparing prices in M'sia for both tyres - GR90 retails for more, whereas Primacy LC retails for significantly lesser there..
