no idea.
Fed projects 1 more rate hike this year, up to 2 rate drops for 2024. So USD interest rates are likely to stay solid. If I have USD, i probably won't lock in for 1 year.

But SGD, I don't think the 6 month T bill yield is going to be on an upward trend. So don't mind locking in some for 1 year.

For short term like say 3 months you can try the BOC at 3.4%
