Kopitehc Neutral Newbie March 29, 2010 Share March 29, 2010 Hi, I can't seem to find any threads pertaining to the above topic. I understand that CSII supposed to protect our original paint as well as to give our car a pro-longed shine. But I also wish to apply products as toppers to "bead" rain droplets and reduce watermarks. So far, i have used Duragloss Quick Detailer to remove dirt Duragloss Aquawax to give it a wax shine (not sure if bonds properly because my car is white) I'm also looking for some products to prevent dust from "settling" easily on my car and to make my cleaning less tiring. Any advices from Bros & Sistas here? Thanks! btw: What do u recommend for normal glass cleaner? (except Rain Repellers which may affect my wipers) ↡ Advertisement

Kopitehc Neutral Newbie March 30, 2010 Author Share March 30, 2010 According to md, dg quick detail is anti-static. thanks for reply, maybe i need something more slippery hahaa the back of my car, always super dusty so far i only use DG quick detailer to remove dirt, i use DG aquawax on the whole car. I'm also not sure if 101 can be used on CS2, worried i might remove the protective layer.

Haha sis..I suggest use 101 on spots rather than whole car..In case it remove..As long is a wax or sealant then it should be safe.. If you are looking for some anti-static..can try trackclaw..it is a sealant.. Edited April 1, 2010 by Maddriver
Pandalene Neutral Newbie April 5, 2010 Share April 5, 2010 Hi Maddriver, I have done my car with PPS recently. Just curious to know if there are any products which could prevent water marks after rain. usually i will try to wipe off the water after work, after rain. seeing that u have 3 products, #521 , #505 and #501. which product would be recommended? how should the application be like ? apply on applicator and wipe on panel? or spray on panel and polish it off ? Hi Pandalene..For DIY products..I would say they wont totally prevent water marks forming..Having sealant or waxes on paintwork helps to minimise this pollutant from etching into paint work and preventing paint from getting oxidise.. you can used 521 QD or AW951 as a maintenance after wash.. Cause my car is White btw: Mad bro, i tried the polish sampler which u pass to me, some marks still cannot remove, i now trying the AutoGlym Polish to remove stubborn stains, using less effort. Hi sis...the sampler 101 that I pass you is an AIO..it does not have any abrasive in it..More towards a chemical cleaner..SRP does contain some abrasive it in..
