Where to convert manual window to auto motorised one?

Hello all,

 

I'm asking on behalf of my brother on where and how much (If even it is possible) to convert the Octavia manual winding windows to make them automatic and motorized?

 

He is looking at one Octavia but the problem is that the 4 windows are hand winding and does not have the automatic function....
