Ferraricalifornia 1st Gear March 24, 2010 Share March 24, 2010 those people who bid this time round, they gotta top up the corresponding rise in amount of this round of COE right??? CAT A went up by $7,500 CAT B went up by $9,700 CAT E (but mainly CAT C commercial vehicles registration) went up by $14,400... so they gotta top up the above amounts to secure a COE??? pity them man... Wt_know Supersonic March 24, 2010 Share March 24, 2010 COE goes up ... YES. Are the roads getting less congested ... MOST LIKELY NOT The road is already very congested now. Looking at the high COE, I don't think many owners will scrap / de-register their car to buy new.
