PaiKia-Lee 1st Gear March 16, 2010 Share March 16, 2010 For sure he is. Because of a $30 fine between this joker and URA, he wasted the reporter time to interview him and wasted my money buying TNP cos one page is wasted on devoting to his story. I rather buy Wanbao with Jack Neo sexual stories which made me horny. A luxury car owner has refused to pay a $30 parking fine, alleging that the parking attendant was biased in issuing the fines. Mr Wilson Ang, 23, parked his Mercedes-Benz SLK convertible in a lot along Circular Road, near Boat Quay at 8.10pm on 28 Feb. He was there to buy dinner for his wife and returned 10 minutes later to find he had been given a ticket for not displaying a coupon. He claims that his car was the only one in the entire row booked, although there were other cars that did not have parking coupons displayed. Mr Ang said: "It's not that I'm not aware that I have broken the rules. I just don't feel that the authorities should be biased when they are issuing tickets." He has also sent an e-mail to the Urban Redevelopment Authority, but has received no response. – additional reporting by Vinna Yip and Emily Wong, newsroom interns ↡ Advertisement

Green_carnation Clutched March 16, 2010 Share March 16, 2010 (edited) Cheapo! drive slk not willing to tear just one coupon. He knew he was in the wrong, and authorities shud give him a heavier fine. Why the fark shud he bother others got tickets or not? He checked every car along that row? He has wasted reporters time, press coverage, ur money (luckily i didnt buy), ur time to post abt his story, my time to comment, and every mcfers time to read.. He sure is one big loser.. Scoobydoo Neutral Newbie March 16, 2010 Share March 16, 2010 I think his accusations may be unfounded; at the time he was summoned, he probably was the only one in the row missing a valid parking coupon. Then later others arrived after the warden left. Anyway, it's not like $200 fine or what... no nid to make headlines for $30. Maybe he just want to show the world he driving SLK at 23yrs old
