Werid, Justin? Saw praise of his service lately but his was complained on the forum by SGCMniceguy on 26 May? So what is wrong here? Singaporean car buyer are very hard to please latel.

I would like to add Car Cycle at Ubi megamart level 5 to the good dealer list. My SE Eric, did everything nicely for me. From the things i requested to change to the paperwork and his working attitude, all is good. Quite happy to meet a good dealer after reading all the post here. Got the car for a few days and nothing is wrong with it for now. Hopefully all is fine till i sell off the car.

 

Anyone looking for cars, can go there and find him. But if u have bad experience with him later on, please dont find me ah.

There are still alot of good car SE in the blacklisted companies. Its only the companies they work in got bad reputation and not them. I also got good service from those SE too.

This forum is getting interesting... But no matter what... We shouldn't jump into conclusion when something post here to complain or praise a dealer... How genuine can the source be? Going through this forum just for some simple knowledge can... One person complains about a dealer bad service doesn't mean hundreds over of their existing customer experience that..

See, that is why? No everyone can be pleased by dealer. Everyone starts finding fault on car dealer... Next time in future, no more ppl dare to be a dealer... Then ur will have to purchase car directly from seller... Who's going to help ur settle seller existing car, do transfer and let u accuse if anything goes wrong in the transaction or car? Go Sgcarmart direct? Let them solve for u? I doubt so.... After the transaction, u are on ur own... And for sure if things goes wrong, there's nothing Sgcarmart can do...

 

By then, u will be cursing the seller for ur whole life. And don't blame anyone. But ur self for overlooking the things that car dealer offer and help. Just because of some "bad" experience some of them have.

 

maybe my expectation is low. For a used car, don't expect too much. if the price is right, whatever promised done. I'm ok. The fella did what he promised, full tank of petrol, waive off admin, discount 1k. I just replaced the tyres that's all, deliver the car in 2 days and take my old car at a good price

be careful on the #10 dealer in the list..

 

bought a swift and according to the advert, new rims and new tyres..

 

on the day of collections , tyres was made in 2009 and the person still have the cheek to say new..

 

promise to check on arm rest.. almost a week also not reply..

 

promise 3m mat.. in the end give no brand

 

definitely wont recommend anyone there even when they are "case trust".

Have a bad experience with one of the car dealer at autohouse at ubi. I went down to purchase a car and the sales person told me that he could not bring me for a test drive cause he is alone. So i told him if i buy it is there any warranty since i never test drive the car he told me one month warranty. Not even one month i found out there some sound coming out from the bearing in front and the mileage is only 35k and its drove as like a 100k mileage car with no pick up and poor gear changing. So i called them and ask whether i can go and fix see why the rpm will stay at three and had hard time changing. So the workshop guys test drive with me saying that the bearing/ absorber infront is gonna spoil very soon. So he call the autohouse and they told him not to fix anything. I called them up and ask why. He say cause if you fixed anything they will bill to their company. And they refuse to change any parts and do anything to my car. I told the salesperson i going to report to case and he told me to go ahead. I will find the previous owner of the vehicle and find out the real mileage of the car. So please beware of AUTOHOUSE@LTM :angry: :angry:

MKman, 2nd hand dealer is not very good at that... If they are good at that... They won't be selling car... They will be busy adjusting for N User...

 

As what I say, when the deny stop... The adjusting stop...

 

So, ask urself a question... Does Mileage really matters to your???

Did a research on sgcarmart, Those 6 Good Dealers all Selling very very little cars every month, But why unpleasant dealers like huayang, abwin, mayfair and 88 motor trading all selling a few hundreds cars every month despite being a unpleasant dealer? why nobody wanna buy from good dealer? u mean those few thousands cars those unpleasant dealers sold every year all got problem? then why people keep going back?
