Thanks for many of your feedback so we can be better in future nevertheless is the cheque written as deposit back to the consumer or if is the deposit which we dunno if is a chq cleared or not , we dont know. Unless we get confirmation from the consumer in which we have email the consumer already.

Bro, i think its best for you to shut up if you do not know wats happening. Why start a blog and start kpkb when u dont know wat happen. Do u have a bad experience with dealer? Care to share? It will be better if its your own story.

It was one of his colleague Leon Lu who attended to me in the beginning and after much unpleasant experiences with this worst car agent, Justine Guo took over and eased all the problems and issues, as well provided a hassle-free transaction for me. Up till now after I bought the car for almost two months, Justine is still providing his great after-sales service to me! How sure are u to cast the 36 dealer under blacklisted dealer? Seriously, not every customer can be pleased by all dealer... Surely there will be some customer who are difficult to please. And If the there is any conflict between dealer and customer... What you heard here are only one side story. There are sure to have some hard to deal customer....

 

If were you, I will update the list as number of complain received instead of using strong work like blacklist, they still have to deal with future business...

Well..why not just go and get a new car..

right now, you are the king(unlike 2008/2009 where the SE is the king) when you buying new car or visiting AD..and moreover you are covered by warranty and true service...

This is what my friend's wife did..she so fed up about those dealers that...in the end she just book one Honda Civic...and she now happy driving the car without worry about this drop, that spoil or engine break down, leakage..etc from those used car

Yes, agreed.... Scare so much, then buy new car... More expensive and more safe...

CAR LINK ENTREPRISE C2 @ TURF CITY

 

Just to share my personal bad experience with all of you. I recently purchased my car from CAR LINK ENTERPRISE C8 located at Turf City. The unit is C2.

Upon viewing of the vehicle, the front compartment lock came off at the first instance when I open the compartment. The sales person by the name of ANDY immediately told me they will send it for repair and ensure that the lock is fix upon collection of my vehicle. I took his words since they are doing a business and would not want to tarnish their reputation over a car compartment issue.

 

I paid a deposit and cleared all the paper works and drove off the vehicle. On that very SAME day, while I tried to open the compartment, the locked came off again! I realised that CAR LINK had simply use some glue to stick back the lock and hand the vehicle over to me. I was shocked by their dishonest behaviour and immediately called up Andy to ask him why the device is still not fix. He told me that this is due to wear and tear and is unavoidable!

 

He then refer me to a workshop at woodlands and when the mechanic saw me, he said immediately that if the issue is regarding the COMPARTMENT lock, please don't bother to come because it is BEYOND repair! I ask him how could he say that when Andy the sales person from Car Link Enterprise refer me here. He told me he was the one that service the vehicle and the lock issue is a KNOWN issue all along and there is nothing he can do. I will have to call back ANDY to resolve this because the only way is to REPLACE THE ENTIRE COMPARTMENT WHICH COST $500-600!

 

I was really fuming because I took time off from work and travel to woodlands only to know that is a waste trip and ANDY is simply trying to waste time on the issue! I immediately call him and ask him why a businessman like him with a big shop want to cheat on such issues and his irresponsible words really shock me and I ask him if he is going to be responsible for this issue and he said that he will check with his BOSS and call me back. The call never come from him. I called Andy almost every alternate day and he will always repeat the same words "I NOT SURE, I NEED TO CHECK WITH BOSS. ... BOSS HAS NOT GET BACK TO ME....

 

It has been more than 2 weeks and he is still using the same delay tactic to shun away my problem. I told him that we are just car buyers and you are opening a business here. This kind of unethical approach is really lousy and dishonest! I told him if he is going to drag this matter, there is nothing I can do except to warn fellow buyers NOT TO FALL INTO THIS TRAP and shun away from CAR LINK.

 

Until now I still have not hear anything from CAR LINK ENTERPRISE C8 on the compensation of my compartment lock. If they decide to play punk and avoid me, there is nothing I can do except to educate and keep fellow buyers aware of their UNETHICAL APPROACH IN DOING BUSINESS.

Hello, just to check with you... Is Carlink or AC Carlink? Photo shows AC Carlink while ur complain is against Carlink? It's unfortunately for you to meet such case... But it will be more unfortunate if u have wrongfully post on this forum with a wrong car dealer photo... Carlink or AC Carlink? I think u should clarify... They may sound like the same name... But under difference Boss...

To buy a 2nd hand car, always be prepared to do some repair. most people selling their cars will not fix the problem before selling them. I think it will be better for you to post photo of the damage and to seek advice from bloggers for help. Your problem might be able to solve it rather than getting angry over it. To buy and get angry over it. Not that worth. Care to share the damage photo?

I had a very bad experience buying a 2nd car from a car dealer,

Promised a lot of stuff To be given to me, but didn't till now,

I had the car for almost 2mth already

That boss of the car dealer keep saying he can't reach the previous owner,

b-------t, anyway all this parts is cheap but it is the principle to keep ur promise.

 

Anyway I just want to warn all the keen buyer , avoid this shop in Concorde shopping centre @basement 1 ,

 

I guess this shop is a con shop
