Alpha78 6th Gear March 15, 2010 Share March 15, 2010 Went in 2008, stayed at Woodland Resort, not too bad. Across the river is Mutiara, which is more expensive. Really depends on what you want. Some people go there to conquer Mount Tahan, really siong and must tahan.
Lala81 Hypersonic March 15, 2010 Share March 15, 2010 to be honest, If u have been in army and chiong suaed, taman negara is no different. The areas near the resorts or the village opposite are very civilised. I think anything nice u really have to go on the long treks. Drive, not really. I went in 2001 and on the return, we took a pajero 4wd back to jerantut which is approximatly 2.5 hrs. The road is gravel mostly.
