MIO TV DOWN

anyone encountering no connection to mio tv? i had this problem since last night. whole night cant watch tv. tot by today will b ok. but...still down! called up the hotline...machine say they encountering some prob. engineers trying to rectifiy it. tried to get thru to the customer service,...but machine said heavy call traffic. gotta try call back later. wont even put me on hold.

 

if this is the kind of service n connection we are getting...wont it b terrible if it happens during an epl match! unreliable connection!

if someone knows how to write to the straits times...pls do so. make sure singtel do something abt this. they r getting a lot of customers lately...n if this is the prob that we will b facing, then looks like a lot of us hv made the wrong choice.

My MioTV just went down last night - less than a week after installation...WTF

 

Same thing - the power light keeps blinking or just stays on - can't even switch off the box!

 

Stupid homeplug will also blink red on the status LED...

its the MIO modem fault... i try using my own modem... it works perfectly without any disconnection, but no MIO TV...
